3. Payment & Refund Policy
Deposit: 50% advance payment is required before any design or development work begins.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable once significant work has commenced. Payments made for completed work are final.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the custom design and code created specifically for your project transfers to you. ProfileWallah retains ownership of proprietary frameworks and reusable modules.
